Terms and Conditions ~

By Purchasing Products and/or Services from CustomWebMedia.com, you are stating that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions set by this agreement.

1. You must be a legal adult 18 years of age or of legal age for area of residence to purchase products and services from Millenium-Dezign.com.
2. Payments: You agree to pay in full for services rendered by Millenium-Dezign.com. Millenium-Dezign.com reserves the right to hold your final work until which time a funds transfer has cleared the issuing account. Payment to Millenium-Dezign.com are due and payable on the following schedule: 50% prior to the start of your project (unless other written arrangements are made) and 50% upon approval of final design (if the total amount due is $500 or less than the full amount is required up front). Only after FULL Payment has been received and cleared the issuing account will you receive your completed design. If you have not securedWeb space on an Internet Service Provider computer by the time the web pages are completed, the Web pages may be delivered to you on diskette. All payments will be made in US funds and areacceptable in the form of one of the following: ePassporte (accepts all major forms of Credit Cards), Checks or Money Orders/Travelers Checks.
3. Recurring Payments: Recurring payments apply only to Hosting and Maintenance Services. This service requires that you sign-up with ePassporte which accepts all major forms of credit cards. Service will begin only after payment has been received and accepted. Please note that these services requires a monthly recurring charge on your credit card which shall only cancel upon your sending us a cancellation notice at webmistress@millenium-dezign.com or at our discretion.
4. Refund Policy. There are no refunds issued for any pre-paid services or services agreed upon including but not limited to Unused Hosting Time or consulting/design time included in the purchase of Web Design Packages.
5. Copyrights and Trademarks. The client represents to Millenium-Dezign.com and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Millenium-Dezign.com for inclusion in Web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements , and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Millenium-Dezign.com from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
6. Copyright to Web Pages. Copyright to the assembled work of Web pages produced by Millenium-Dezign.com is owned by Millenium-Dezign.com. Upon final payment of "signed" contract provided, all rights owned by Millenium-Dezign.com as to the design, graphics, and text in this Web site are assigned to the client. Rights to photos, graphics, and CGI programs which were not owned by CustomWebMedia.com are limited to the client's use only; the products themselves remain the property of their respective owners.
7. All model(s) appearing in ANY images that the purchaser provides for use in the construction of their design must be of 18 years of age or older, and the purchaser affirms that they have, maintain, or can gain access to records that confirm the legal age of the model(s) that appear in those images.
8. We do not design graphics depicting bestiality, child pornography, or any actual violence that causes real harm to another person(s) body or any type of illegal sexual situations: (i.e., rape, torture, murder).
9. Millenium-Dezign.com reserves the right to display all work completed, on this site portfolio /pages. If this is not acceptable you must inform us in writing prior to the start of your project.
10. Under penalties of perjury, I solemnly declare and affirm that I have read, understood and agree to all of the above statements and wish to conduct business with Millenium-Dezign.com, in a manner that acts within ALL of the statements presented by this agreement.
11. I also affirm that I have printed a copy of this policy for my records and will have it available for review and/or affirmation for the life of the design created under the terms of this agreement
